DOLE, Project Inclusion sign MOU for Persons with Disability access to work opportunities
As an advocate of equal opportunities in the labor market, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) together with the Project Inclusion Network, Inc. (PIN) formally inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to promote access to work opportunities for persons with disability last January 23, 2020 at the OSEC Conference Room.

TCC for bioethanol approves PhP4.4M budget for 2020
The Tripartite Consultative Council (TCC) for the bioethanol sector of the biofuels industry during its 4th regular meeting last December 11, 2019 at the Ramada Hotel, Binondo, Manila, has recommended the approval of the PhP 4.4M operating budget for the 2020 Social Amelioration and Welfare Program for workers in the biofuel industry, utilizing sugarcane and molasses as feedstocks.

BWSC, NAPC, ILO conduct roll-out of ILO R204
The Bureau of Workers with Special Concerns (BWSC) together with the National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC) and the International Labour Organization (ILO) held a series of roll-out of ILO Recommendation No. 204 (ILO R204) starting with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) National Capital Region (NCR) last November 25 to 26, 2019 at the Orchid Garden Suites Hotel in Manila.
